This policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work for purchases made through our website.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • You must submit your return request within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for perishable goods or items marked as non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Fresh or frozen food products
  • Opened or partially used grocery items
  • Perishable goods (produce, dairy, meat, bakery, etc.)
  • Gift cards or promotional products
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Return Window

All eligible return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
After 7 days, we may not be able to process refunds or replacements.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@warsanshopsmart.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  3. Attach clear photos of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect).
  4. Wait for approval and detailed return instructions from our support team.

Do not return any items without prior approval — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank or card provider).

Refunds are granted for the product cost only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchanges / Replacements

We’re happy to offer a free replacement or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product, or
  • Your order arrived damaged or defective.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@warsanshopsmart.com.
  • Provide your order number and clear images of the issue.

Replacements are shipped as quickly as possible after verification.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  • Include photos showing the condition of the item(s) and packaging.
  • We’ll review the case and offer a replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment only.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • If a cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or card statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — processing times vary.
  3. If the issue persists, contact us at support@warsanshopsmart.com for assistance.

⚖️ Policy Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or return request if:

  • The item shows signs of use or tampering.
  • The return request is made outside the eligible window.
  • There is evidence of misuse or false claim.
