Delivery Coverage

We currently ship orders nationwide within the USA from our fulfillment center in New York. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or deliveries to U.S. territories outside the mainland

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and shipping method. Orders above a certain threshold may qualify for free shipping (as displayed during checkout).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking link. You can also check order status anytime from your My Account page.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@warsanshopsmart.com with your order number and photos of the package.

Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the package may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees and any return-to-sender costs.
  • Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
